Information about the host
Our house is situated in an absolutely quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of Grassau with a wonderful free mountain view. The surrounding area invites you directly from the house to hikes, mountain tours, Nordic walking, jogging, cycling and mountain biking. The nearby local mountains Hochplatte, Hochgern, Hochlerch and the Hochfelln offer a variety of beautiful mountain and hiking tours with and without lift assistance. Unique hiking trails lead through the nearby Kendlmühlfilze. Lake Chiemsee and the surrounding lakes invite you to swim in summer. In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes in the immediate vicinity of the house. In about 8 minutes you can walk to the center of Grassau with good shopping facilities. In about 20 minutes on foot you are at the local Reifinger bathing lake. Bed linen and towels are included in the total price. WLAN free of charge. Fire extinguisher available in the house. Pets allowed for a fee.

In Grassau, after the Shell gas station, take the first street "Oberdorf" to the right, then take the 4th turn to the right into Kirchenweg, drive to the end, then turn right into Kapellenweg, house no. 14, directly by the chapel.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sie verfügt über einen wunderbaren Ausblick direkt auf die Berge., ist super ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können die Unterkunft anstandslos weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit nochmal buchen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Angenehme Wohnung sehr gepflegt ,Einrichtung ist super besonders das Bad , schöne Aussicht Berge Wiesen Kühe dabei kann man gut entspannen
