The 220m² vacation house Can Rosito in the charming seaside town of Cala Morlanda, on the eastern coast of Mallorca, is situated directly by the sea.
The house consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable television, a safe, a baby cot and a highchair.
The balcony invites you to have morning coffees overlooking the sea, while the spacious private outdoor area with a big open terrace is perfect for spending the evenings with home-cooked dinners from the stone barbecue.
The closest supermarkets are 850 m away in the centre of Cala Morlanda (11 minutes on foot).
You can reach the nearest restaurants, bars and cafes in 5 minutes on foot (400 m).

La propiedad es grande, esta en una zona muy tranquila, una vista espectacular del amanecer, las calas están cerca, una terraza amplia donde tomar el sol o pasar una buena velada. El anfitrión muy atento.
Que no tuviera piscina, si la tuviera, sería espectacular. Delante no hay nada, más que el mar, pero es un acantilado.

Juan came along and gave us a warm welcome.
The house is very well situated right in front of the sea.
Thanks to the great sunny time we spend almost all of the time walking, biking and driving around and had our breakfast outside.
The house is a bit outdated and needs some upgrading - bathroom, bbq, one of the bathrooms.
There is a nice sun terrace on the second floor but it is only accessible via the stairs next to the house - which makes easy circulation and having lunch on the terrace upstairs a bit complicated.
Gelungener schöner Aufenthalt, aber für den Preis kann man wesentlich mehr Erwarten.

Übergabe war problemlos, trotz Sprachproblem
Lage und Aussicht ist prima.
Kleines idyllisches Dorf, entlang der Küste sind genug Bars und Restaurants.
Wer es Romantisch mag, ist mit der Dachterrasse genau richtig, vor allem Nachts ist der Sternenhimmel über dem Meer Mega.
Die Fotos und die Realität unterscheiden sich schon arg.
Die Möbel und das Inventar könnte man mal wieder Erneuern.
Leider stehen direkt vor dem Haus die Müllcontainer und die Einheimischen entsorgen anscheinend ihren Müll gerne Nachts.
Die Duschen und Sanitären Anlagen gehören unbedingt Erneuert....
