In Salem, in the district of Oberstenweiler (560 m NN), you will find the bright and beautiful holiday apartment in Haus Seeblick.
You will be enchanted by the well-kept outdoor area decorated with lots of flowers and a fantastic view of the Swiss and Austrian Alps and Lake Constance.
The apartment has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.
The quietly situated barrier-free apartment is ideal for families with children.
The apartment has a total living space of 112 square meters and has a large living room, a dining area, a very well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath and a storage room for suitcases (or similar).
The apartment offers plenty of space for 5 persons.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and possibly an extra bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds.
Facilities include WLAN, satellite TV with 65 inch flat screen, DVD player, stereo system and telephone.
Various board games and books are also available in the apartment.
For the smallest ones there is a baby bed or crib, high chair and changing pads etc.
In the outside area directly at the entrance to the apartment is a large pavilion completely equipped with sliding windows.
On the outside of the pavilion there is an area for sun beds, parasol and stone slabs are laid on the floor.
A large playground is located directly at the pavilion.
Restaurants and cafés can be reached between 1-8 kilometres from the village.
A beautiful and quiet children's playground with barbecue facilities is located about 500 m from the apartment.
In addition, you can reach beautiful hiking trails directly in the village and enjoy a tour in the middle of nature from there.
For sportsmen there are beautiful jogging tracks in the woods and the varied and diverse nature.
Beautiful viewpoints with a view to Lake Constance and the fantastic panorama of the Alps can be included in these routes.
Top runners or cyclists will also find their challenge on the routes here.
The nearest beach is in the beautiful leisure centre of Salem with a natural swimming lake and is 3.5 kilometres away.
There is no entrance fee or parking fee.
Lake Constance (Meersburg) can be reached in 9 kilometres or 10 minutes by car and Uhldingen is 12 kilometres away.
Parking lots are directly at the house.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Es war rund um ein schöner Urlaub. Danke an Brunhilde und Wolfgang für den schönen Aufenthalt. Unsere Kinder (6 und 9 Jahre) waren sehr begeistert und wir möchten alle vier gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser außergewöhnlichen Wohnung mit der wunderbaren Terrasse und der herrlichen Aussicht sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und auskunftsfreudig. Die Lage ist ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in den kleinen und größeren Ortschaften der Umgebung.
