The one-room apartment is on the 2nd floor and consists of a sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning and a television.
There is also a shared laundry room inside the building.
Your private, furnished balcony invites you to enjoy the peaceful hours of the morning outside in the fresh air and with a cup of coffee in your hand.
Due to its excellent location, shops, bars, restaurants and cafes can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes.
The nearest supermarket is just around the corner, just a 1-minute walk away (78 m).
Just a short walk from the apartment you will find the beautiful old town and the Aragonese castle is a 7-minute walk away (500 m).
The beautiful beaches of the city are located just a short walk from the property. It is possible to park in a car park just 200 m for a discounted fee. If requested in advance, pets are allowed for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee.
