Nestled in the idyllic mountain landscape on the northwestern side of Lake Garda, the “Residence Tatiana Dependance” apartment is located in Tremosine and boasts a beautiful communal pool and breathtaking mountain views.
Located on the second floor, the apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds) and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
The property has free Wi-Fi.
The private balcony is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine overlooking the green mountains.
In the common outdoor area of the residence you will find a 24 m² swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
The nearest restaurant is right next door, while a selection of supermarkets, restaurants, stores and cafes can be found in Pieve, about 4 km or a 6-minute drive away.
You can also reach Campione with its famous kite-surfing spots within a 20-minute drive (9 km), and the pebble beaches of Limone sul Garda, including Spiaggia Cola, await about 6 km or a 12-minute drive away.
Dogs are not allowed. Parking spaces are available at the property.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pool hours are from 10 in the morning to 6 in the afternoon. In winter months heating cost on request and paid at the facility.

Sehr sauber, nettes und höfliches Personal. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. In der Nähe ist die Pizzeria, die zu den Besitzern gehört, sehr lecker. Alles war super!

Die Wohnungen sind schön und der Blick von der Terrasse gigantisch. Leider donnerten morgens und abends Motorräder vorbei. Der Pool ist nett und sauber, aber eher klein und eingebaut.

Tatjana und ihre Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und haben immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Unterkunft sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Pool nebenan war toll und die Möglichkeit abends im Restaurant zu essen. Wir hatten eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Betten sind auch super gemütlich (nicht zu weich, nicht zu hart). Kommen gerne wieder
