The 120 m² property features a bright living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with an extra dining area, 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and 2 bathrooms (one en suite). It accommodates up to 6 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, board games, and satellite TV. On request and with prior notice, cots and high chairs can be provided for families with babies.
The well-kept outdoor area offers a garden with barbecue, a porch, and a terrace with 2 sun loungers and a parasol.
The porch is furnished with a table, chairs, and a bench—perfect for starting your day with breakfast outdoors or enjoying warm summer evenings with a glass of wine.

Casa muy cómoda, bien ubicada en el centro de cala d’or, para pasar unas buenas y relajantes vacaciones. Zona muy tranquila, a pesar de su cercanía al centro. Por suerte tenía estacionamiento, porque es muy difícil conseguir lugar en la calle. Casa muy completa en cuanto a servicios, tenia todo lo necesario, camas y almohadas comodas. Las calas cercanas a la casa son muy bonitas

Lovely villa within easy walking distance of Marina & Cala D’or town. Juan responded immediately when we reported a plumbing issue. Needs a little updating but overall accommodated us well
