In the east of Mallorca, just a few steps from the sea, the rustic holiday home Sa Caseta de la Mar is located in Son Servera.
The modern accommodation consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with mosquito nets (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (800 mbp/s) which makes the property ideal for remote working, air conditioning and a TV.
From the inside of the house, glass doors with charming shutters lead directly to the sun terraces and the garden.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the table with chairs or prepare meals for the whole family on the barbecue.
The awnings, parasols and 24 m² pool allow you to spend pleasant hours outdoors, even on hot summer days.
A small selection of restaurants is 850 m or a 2-minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is 2.5 km or a 5-minutes drive from the accommodation.
The sand and gravel beach Platja of Port Vella is only 270 m away - bathe in crystal clear water and sunbathe in the warm sun rays.
Here the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten! Parking spaces are available on the property.
Small dogs may be brought along if the owner agrees.
Three cribs and three high chairs can be provided upon request, 1 baby stroller and 1 baby tent for the beach are available.
If you wish, the owner can provide bicycles to explore the island.

Sehr herzliches Willkommen, überaus freundliche Gastgeberin, jederzeit ansprechbar, flexibel bei Zeiten zur Anreise und Abreise, Haus sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, Umzäunter Garten, was auch schön für den Hund war. Mir hat es einfach gut gefallen. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren 14 Nächte vor Ort. Barbara die Besitzerin hat uns sehr gut versorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und SUPER ausgestattet.
Das Grundstück war sehr groß, wo sich die Kinder richtig austoben konnten.
