Villa Emazabel is located in the north of the popular Balearic island of Mallorca, very close to the town of Pollença.
This beautiful, private property offers its guests a breathtaking view of the mountains and, thanks to its good connections, is an ideal starting point for cyclists, hikers, anglers and ornithologists.
The cottage has a cosy living/dining room, an adjoining, very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with 3 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.
On the large veranda you will find several seating areas inviting you to have a meal with a glass of wine and the 32 m² pool is ideal for a refreshing dip on hot summer days.
Relax on the sun loungers under shady umbrellas or on the huge lawn, read a good book or simply let the dreamlike holiday atmosphere take effect.
Surrounded by high hedges you are offered a maximum level of privacy.
You reach the centre of Pollença with a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés after 1.3 km and the fantastic beach Playa Can Cap Bou is 7 km or a 10-minute drive from the accommodation.
A multitude of beaches can be reached within a few minutes and the famous Aucanada golf course is only 10 km away.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price and are changed weekly.
Beach towels are also provided.

Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind wirklich sehr schön. Wir waren mit kleinen Kindern angereist, die auf der schattigen Terrasse wunderschön krabbeln konnten. Dazu kam großer und gepflegter Pool, ein weitläufiger grüner Rasen und bequeme Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Im Innenbrereich wartet eine gut ...
Leider sind einige Ecken, Möbel und Austattungsgegenstände in die Jahre gekommen. Auch könnte das Haus mal eine richtig kräftige Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Küche hier und da etwas "klebt". Dazu kam, dass zwei der Klimaanlagen unangenehm gerochen haben. Aus unserer Sicht ist das Haus in Sachen Preis-Leistung leicht zu teuer geraten.
