The property has been updated to ensure a functional, reliable, and comfortable stay while preserving the unpretentious character of a classic Mallorcan farmhouse. Simple Comfort in Nature This is a home for those who value peace and privacy over hotel-style luxury.
The property features a comfortable living and dining room with a fireplace, a practical kitchen, three bedrooms (two doubles, one twin), and two bathrooms. Essentials include Wi-Fi, heating, or TV. A baby bed and high chair are available if required. Outdoor Space: Enjoy a covered terrace with a summer kitchen and BBQ. The highlight is the private pool, offering a quiet place to cool off with spectacular views of the mountains and the valley. Life on the Farm As a large olive estate, we share the land with ponies, chickens, sheep, and our farm cat. Because the farm is so vast, the animals roam freely and follow their own rhythms; they may not always be visible near the house during your stay. Important: The Mountain Drive The location is truly isolated and part of the adventure.
Please ensure this property suits your driving comfort. The Road: Access is via a 1 km mountain track that is rugged, narrow, and steep, unpaved in several sections. Vehicle: A rental car (small or medium only) is required.
This drive is best suited for a confident driver comfortable with bumpy terrain.
Taxis do not service the house. Self-Catering: A starter kit of linens, towels, and initial toiletries is provided.
As a farm stay, guests will need to purchase their own supplies and groceries in Fornalutx or Sóller, which are a 10–15 minute drive away. Enjoy the mountains as they are: quiet, private, and authentic.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Anwesen mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge und ins Tal. Es war alles perfekt. Ein Hinweis finde ich allerdings noch sehr wichtig. Der Weg zum Haus ist nichts für Fahreranfänger. Sehr steil und zum Teil sehr schmale Bergwege. Nichts für schwache Nerven. Unbedingt ein kleines Auto wählen.

Die Bilder sind gut getroffen allerdings ist die Realität anders und das für den Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Haus hat eine Renovierung/Sanierung nötig. Man muss schon ein sehr guter Autofahrer sein um überhaupt zum Objekt zu gelangen. Hier fehlt echt Liebe zum Gast. Der angepriesene Will...
