On the ground floor there's a comfortable living room, a very well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, television, a DVD player and - for the little guests - a baby cot, toys and children's books.
The highlight of the accommodation is the fantastic fenced outdoor area, that has a terrace with an awning, garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.
Here you can forget the worries of everyday life and spend hours in absolute relaxation.
Enjoy a meal together with a view of the mountainous surroundings and enjoy the Italian flair.
The centre of the artists' village San Pantaleo can be reached after 550 m or 7 minutes on foot and the nearest beach, Spiaggia di Portisco, is 6.6 km or 11 minutes by car. Parking is available on the property. Small pets are allowed (on request, extra charge).

L’emplacement, la tranquillité. Rien à dire.
Notre chambre un peu petite. Celle de nos amis parfaite. La douche à l’intérieur petite. Celle extérieure très bien.
