In the bay of Cala Carbó, near Pollença, you will find the charming Mirador apartment, which stands out for its modern furnishings combined with rustic ceiling beams and shares the outdoor area with other apartments.
The apartment offers a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the living room and bedrooms), satellite TV, a cot, and a high chair.
Outside, there is a covered and furnished terrace ideal for enjoying meals outdoors, as well as a communal pool accessible by stairs.
From both terraces, you can enjoy stunning views of the bays of Cala Molins and Cala Carbó, located just 500 metres (about 8 minutes on foot) from the property.
At 900 metres (approximately 14 minutes on foot), you will find a supermarket, restaurants, bars, and cafés. Parking is available on the street. To access the apartment, you need to go down stairs from the street, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. You are asked to use the air conditioning responsibly: it is not permitted to leave it on when you are not in the property or to use it 24 hours a day. If excessive dirt is found at the end of your stay, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Omgivelserne.
Hele Holidu processen. Sparsomme oplysninger, ingen info på mail. Kunne ikke tilgå min reservation på Holidu APP’en. Tog kontakt til værten via What’s app ugen før ophold. Vi vidste ikke om vi havde boligen før en uge før tjek’in da vi intet havde hørt eller modtaget noget på res nr.
Fantastisk beliggenhed med den smukkeste udsigt. Super fin lejlighed.

Alles in allem, reibungslose Abhandlung der Übergabe und der Endabnahme. Küche war super modern. Es fehlte an nichts. Immer wieder gerne.
