Close to the popular holiday resort Pollença, on the outskirts of the Serra de Tramuntana, the villa La Plana is situated in a beautiful location amidst nature.
The traditional Majorcan house has wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors as well as spacious common rooms and can accommodate 12 people with a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 6 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
It also has Wi-Fi, satellite television, a fireplace and a baby cot. Surrounded by Mediterranean flora and with a fantastic view of the Tramuntana Mountains, you can enjoy relaxing holidays in the picturesque outdoor area with a covered terrace, a sun terrace with sun loungers, a table tennis table, a barbecue and a 36m² pool.
Numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities can be reached in Pollença, which is 5 km away.
The beautiful bay of Puerto de Pollença with its fine sandy beach is less than 12 km away and can be reached in 13 minutes by car. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. The accommodation is located in the countryside and therefore mosquitoes may be found in the area.
