Welcome to the Kleinstein-Maass family. Our house is located in the idyllic and quiet village of Plan. With around 30 inhabitants, it is the smallest village in the centre of the Samnaun valley. We are 2km from the village of Samnaun.1 minute to the ski bus stop, which takes you comfortably to the mountain railway or to the apres ski and back again. Our cosy and lovingly furnished flat is located on the second floor of our apartment building. The comfortable two-and-a-half room flat with balcony is approx. 55 m2 in size. The living room is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed (for 1 person or 2 children). A wood-burning stove with a cosy Samnaun stove couch creates a feel-good atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom/WC. Free wifi. Bread roll service.

Village description: In Samnaun-Plan you will find the valley museum "Chasa Retica", which gives an insight into life in the Samnaun valley from the 16th to 19th century.
