The basement flat is located in a two-family house in a well-kept and quiet neighbourhood of Berlin Rudow. There are also good connections to Berlin Schönefeld Airport, the surrounding area of Berlin (e.g. Potsdam) and the city centre (bus, underground, S-Bahn). In addition to using the holiday flat, tenants can also use parts of the garden with seating.7.5% accommodation tax is levied by the Berlin Senate. Wir glauben die Wohnung ist nicht für Asthmatiker oder COPD Patienten geeignet ,die Räumlichkeiten waren nach unserem Gefühl feucht und rochen auch danach ,wir sind der Meinung, daß der Geruch durch Duftsprays abgemildert werden sollte ,im Bad stand zusetzlich ein Luftentfeuchter ,der in den 5 Tagen gefüllt war,Fenster waren nur kippbar und konnten nicht ganzgeöffnet werden

Sehr guter Kontakt im Vorfeld, Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter auch während des Aufenthaltes,alles sauber, gute Parkmöglichkeit, super Anbindung an den ÖPNV, für uns ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Machen wir gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen
