Finca Can Pedro is a beautiful Finca Rustica located at the gates of Arianys, in the north of Mallorca.
The finca stands on a large well-kept plot.
Everything was built in the best quality.
Through the iron entrance gate you drive up the driveway to your finca and reach a large forecourt with many shade-spreading trees.
Here you will find enough space to park the car in the shade.
Around the house is a large covered terrace.
To the one side with much blossoming Burganvilea to the back house side with a dining table.
In the front area of the house to the garden with pool is the main terrace with large chillout furniture and a large dining table.
From here you can see the large well-kept garden with pool. The approximately 15m long pool has a water inlet via stainless steel pipe and a jacuzzi.
This is where the big and small come at your expense.
The pool has a stainless steel fencing, so that small children can not reach the pool unhindered. 8 cozy sun loungers stand around the pool as well as two sunshades.
The well-kept lawn area offers plenty of space to play and play. The finca is furnished in rustic style and is equipped with solid furniture of good quality.
Already in the entrance area one is received by a cozy Thekenküche.
Opposite the counter is a large dining table and a Majorcan sofa, where you can find plenty of space for eating.
In the next room is the living room with couch and two armchairs in front of the TV.
From the living room you enter into the hall, from which the four bedrooms with air conditioning and four baths drain.
The finca is an ideal domicile for families with many children or a larger travel group, since here everyone will find enough space to retire. Note: On the property below the house is a large guest house, which is however locked.
This is only used by the owner if the finca is not rented.

Das Pool, vor allem mit der Umzäunung, war wirklich perfekt. Sehr guter Schutz für Kleinkinder. Terasse, Grill alles super. Sehr gut war auch die perfekt funktionierende Klimaanlage. Garten sehr gepflegt. Und die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich.
Es hat alles perfekt gepasst!! Nichts zum Kritisieren!
