Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool in ruhiger Lage, aber trotzdem mit kurzen Wegen zur Stadt (Labin) und dem Meer (Rabac). Die beiden Etagen sind leider nicht innerhalb des Hauses verbunden. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute und Ausstattung sowie ein modernes Innendesign. Bis auf ein paar kleine "Schönheitsfehler" ist das Haus eine Reise wert.
Haus etc war in Ordnung.

Haus war soweit in Ordnung. Es müssten mal einige Dinge erneuert werden und es müsste mal dringend eine Grundreinigung erfolgen. Im Pool sind sehr viele Fliesen lose! Geschirr war etwas wenig für 5 Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Wäschewechsel fand nicht statt. Bei 14 Tagen wäre das schon nötig gewesen....
