42 km west of Helsinki, Lake Petäjärvi 30 m (length 1 km, width 500 m), rather deep, hard stone bottom, further out mud bottom, own rowing boat.
Wooden cottage 1959, renovated 1994, refurbished 2006, living room/ kitchen 2 extra beds, sleeping alcove with door: 2 beds, sleeping alcove with door: 1 bed, small (wood heated) sauna indoors, shower is in sauna, laundry area with sink.
There is internet-connection in the cottage (included in the price).
Steep slope to the shore (about 30 m), several stairs on the way.
Small cottage in peaceful location, only about 30 min drive from Helsinki.
Splendid lake views from cottage.
Nearest neighbour is owner, no other neighbours close by.
Cottage plot fenced to facilitate vacations of families with young children.
Outdoor playhouse.
Spacious living room/kitchen, small sleeping alcoves with doors.
Cottage's small sauna takes only 1-2 people at a time (top bench 1 Place).

Veikkola 8 km (stores, services, pharmacy, events), Kirkkonummi and Espoo 20 km.
Cafe and interior decoration shop 2 km, horseback riding with ponies and horses possible at stables close by (about 4,5 km), Hvitträsk-museum and restaurant 14 km (closed on Jan-Feb), Kurk Golf 12 km, Serena Ski and spa about 40 km and Peuramaa Ski and Golf about 20 km.
Both downhill skiing places are suitable for small children and Serena water amusement park is fun for whole family.

Wir haben mit der Familie eine Woche Urlaub gemacht in Kylmälä. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Natur und Ruhe. Das Mökki hat alles, was man benötigt. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist ein Highlight und lädt mit herrlichem Blick auf den See ein. Fast alle Fenster zeigen zum Wasser raus-wunderschön!
Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ausgezeichnet.

Mein Mann und ich haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Stille am See war unbeschreiblich schön und erholsam. Und die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!

Deze cottage is qua aankleding niet hypermodern maar is wel voorzien van alle moderne hulpmiddelen zoals vaatwasser, airco en wasmachine. De cottage ligt in een fantastische omgeving met mooie natuurgebieden voor wandelingen en Helsinki is makkelijk te bereiken. De vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren wonen op hetzelfde landgebied en zijn altijd goed te bereiken.
