60 km north of Rovaniemi, River Raudanjoki 40 m, deep, hard stone bottom, no boat available.
Log cottage 2003, kitchen area, living room with 2 convertible sofas, sleeping loft with 4 mattresses.
Sauna (electric), open porch.
Separate entry to sauna and toilet through the terrace.
Also a separate roofed hut with sleeping space (sofa bed) for 1-2 persons, minikitchen, fireplace, toilet and shower.
The hut is available at extra fee, 35e/reservation.
Guests can enjoy the beauty of nature for example by hiking to the top of Käyrästunturi fell.
Other activities hiking, fishing, hunting and berry picking in autumn time.
In winter time skiing and reindeer safaris.
Road no. 4 passes behind the cottage about 100 meters away but is not visible, although traffic can be heard. 3G-network in the area (please notice that internet connection is not provided, client has to have own Internet access and equipment).
Additional equipment: 2 bikes.
Air source heat pump which can be used also to cooling in summer.
Pets are welcome (additional fee), pet fee covers 1-2 pets.
Nearest grocery store and restaurant in 8,5 km distance in Käyrämö.
Luosto center about 45 min. by car, Pyhä-Luosto national park about 40 min. by car.
Ounasvaara ski center in Rovaniemi about 60 km.
Rovaniemi airport 55 km.

Gemütliches Haus in der Natur

Schönes gemütliches Haus am Fluss. 40 Minuten von Rovaniemi entfernt. Wir waren im Februar dort und konnten die Winterlandschaft genießen und vom Fluss aus perfekt die Polarlichter sehen. Das Haus wird elektrisch geheizt und zusätzlich gibt es auch einen Ofen. Die Sauna im Haus rundet das Erlebnis ab.

Im Cottage konnte man richtig zur Ruhe kommen. Hilfreich ist ein Auto, aber es gibt auch Busverbindungen in die Stadt etc.
